Something wrong? Tell us
Droplift is one person, which means support reaches somebody who can actually change the app rather than a ticket queue. Every message gets answered.
| General help | support@dropliftapp.com — or the form below, which lands in the same inbox. |
|---|---|
| Privacy and your data | privacy@dropliftapp.com for access, correction or deletion requests. What we hold is listed in the privacy policy |
| Rights and licensing | legal@dropliftapp.com if a credit is wrong or you own music we’re using. These go to the top of the pile |
| Reporting a bug | Include your iPhone model, iOS version and the app version. It roughly halves the time it takes to find the problem. |
Fixes that usually work
No sound, or the music stopped mid-session
Check the ring/silent switch and the volume, then check whether audio went to a Bluetooth device that has since disconnected — reconnecting headphones mid-set usually sorts it. On a very low battery, Low Power Mode can suspend background audio.
If none of that is it, write to us. The session keeps its own log and it tells us a great deal.
The drop doesn’t land where I expect
The build runs a fixed number of beats rather than a fixed number of seconds, so at a slower tempo it takes slightly longer to arrive. That part is deliberate — musical time is what makes it feel right.
If the drop lands noticeably after you’ve started the rep, Bluetooth latency is the more likely culprit. Wired, or the phone’s own speaker, is the quick way to tell the difference. Tell us either way.
Managing or cancelling a subscription
Subscriptions bought in the app are billed by Apple, not by us, so they’re managed on your device: Settings, your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling there stops the renewal and you keep access to the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Restoring a purchase on a new phone
Sign in with the same Apple Account you subscribed on and use Restore Purchases in the app. If it still shows as unsubscribed, get in touch and include the Apple receipt.
Refunds
App Store purchases are refunded by Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can’t issue a refund on an Apple transaction ourselves — but tell us what went wrong anyway, because we’d rather fix it.
Deleting your data
Your workouts and history live on your phone, so deleting the app removes them. For anything we hold — a support thread, your place on the waitlist — email privacy@dropliftapp.com and we’ll delete it and confirm that we have.
